⚖️ Terms and Conditions for Bitovia

By purchasing the Bitovia Whole Shop Bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Product Nature

  • No Physical Goods: You acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product. No physical items (dice, paper maps, miniatures) will be shipped to you.

  • Delivery: Access is provided via a PDF containing external download links. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space to download the assets.

2. License and Usage Rights

  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for personal tabletop gaming (digital or physical).

  • Streaming and Content Creation: You are permitted to use these assets in monetized streams, YouTube videos, or actual-play podcasts. We request (but do not require) that you credit Bitovia in your description.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw files, links, or passwords with third parties. You may not sell physical prints of the assets (e.g., printed maps or minis) without an explicit commercial agreement from Bitovia.

3. AI-Generation Disclosure

  • Creation Process: You acknowledge that the assets in this bundle are created using AI-assisted technology, curated and edited by Bitovia.

  • Copyright Limits: Per current legal standards regarding AI-generated content, these images do not grant the buyer exclusive commercial copyright. Ownership remains with the creator where applicable, and the "Personal Use" license is what is being sold.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once the PDF link has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their hardware or VTT software (Roll20, Foundry, etc.) is compatible with the file formats (primarily WebP and PNG) provided.

5. Lifetime Access and Updates

  • Access Duration: "Lifetime Access" refers to the life of the store. Bitovia reserves the right to change hosting platforms or update passwords for security reasons.

  • Monthly Content: While we aim for monthly updates, the frequency and volume of new content are at the sole discretion of the creator.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Watermarks: Promotional images may be watermarked for protection; however, the delivered assets for your games are clean and free of watermarks.

  • Legal Action: Any unauthorized reselling or "group-buying" distribution of this pack will be treated as a violation of intellectual property and may result in legal action.
