Because Bitovia products are digital assets that cannot be "returned," we have established the following policy:

  • Final Sale: All sales are final once the download link has been delivered to your email. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you have made a purchase and wish to cancel before the link has been sent, please contact us immediately for a full refund.

  • Compatibility: Buyers are responsible for ensuring their hardware and VTT software support WebP and PNG formats.

  • Defective Links: In the rare event that a link is broken or a file is corrupt, we will provide a replacement link or a fixed file immediately upon notification.
